Build a tree before you sign up

The tree builder works without an account. You only need one when you want to keep what you built.

Open the tree builder and start adding people straight away. Nothing is saved to an account while you do this, and nothing is public.

Go to Try Builder in the header, or visit /try-tree.
Add yourself first, then work outward to the relatives you are sure of.
When you want to keep it, choose Sign up to save. The draft is carried into your new account.

The draft lives in your browser until you save it. Clearing your browser data, or opening the builder on a different device, starts an empty tree.
