People and access

Roles, and who can change what

Administrator, contributor and member — what each one can do inside a workspace.

Access is set per workspace, not per account. Someone can be an administrator of one clan and a member of another.

  • Administrator — invites and removes people, changes settings, and can publish or unpublish.
  • Contributor — adds and edits content, but cannot change who has access.
  • Member — reads what the workspace holds.

Only an administrator can change whether a clan is listed publicly, or publish a heritage site.
