Clans
Create a clan or family association workspace
A closed place for the family that meets and plans, separate from the historical record.
A clan workspace holds the work a family does now — announcements, meetings, shared documents and a member directory — rather than the record of who people were.
- Open Clans in the dashboard and create one.
- Give it a name and a short description for the people inside it.
- Invite the executive first, then the wider membership.
A new clan is closed. It is not on the open web and is not in the public directory until an administrator chooses that separately.
